Dr. Nancy: Swine flu fears spread

As the U.S. braces for a potential winter onslaught of swine flu, there are new signs Americans are taking it more seriously. A USA Today-Gallup poll, for instance, shows that one-third of Americans believe they or a family member will probably contract the H1N1 virus this winter.
